These terms govern the use of tromsoairporttransfer.com and any booking made with Tromso Airport Transfer. By submitting a quote request or making a booking, you agree to the terms below.

Bookings & pricing

All fixed prices are confirmed personally by our team, typically within two hours of your request. A quote is not a confirmed booking until you have received written confirmation from us. Prices include the vehicle, chauffeur, standard tolls and stated complimentary waiting time unless otherwise noted.

Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or amend a confirmed booking. We will always try to accommodate reasonable changes to timing, vehicle or route where possible.

Flight delays

Where a flight number is provided at the time of booking, we monitor standard delays at no extra charge. Significant schedule changes should be communicated to us directly.

Passenger conduct

Passengers are expected to treat chauffeurs and vehicles with respect. We reserve the right to decline service in cases of unsafe or abusive behaviour.

Liability

Tromso Airport Transfer takes reasonable care to provide safe, professional transport. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including weather, traffic or airport conditions.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway.
